Day 1: Departure

Departure from Greece and flight (via a stopover), with final destination Male, in the Maldives.

Day 2: Arrival in the Maldives – Male

Arrival at Male International Airport of the quirky island country, with the smallest Muslim nation. In Sanskrit – as their name implies – the word maladvipa means “island garland” and this is exactly what the Maldives is like: a peculiar collar in the Indian Ocean! An intoxicating complex of 26 coral islands, divided into thousands of small atolls, many of which are set in luxury exotic resorts, some only for the use of inland traffic or as operational stations with airports or health centers and others uninhabitable.

Reception by the hotel representative and guidance for the necessary transfer to the island of your choice. The type of transfer depends on the distance between Male airport and the island where you will stay for the rest of the stay. Speedboat, seaplane or even combined transport by domestic flight and boat, all offer an idyllic route to one of the many dream islands / hotels in the country.

Day 3: Acquaintance with the beauties of the island

Whatever your choice, one thing is for sure: the scenery is so magical that you dare say that time has stopped! As absurd as it sounds, here one realizes the supremacy of the absolute inaction that we all need for a while, like a short break from the modern and destructive rhythm of life.
Day with a relaxed mood on the white sand of the private beach of the hotel.

Day 4: Optional activities

Breakfast at the hotel.
Free day with optional leisure activities offered by the hotel.
Indicative: Snorkeling in the warm turquoise lagoon of the coral reef around the island.

Day 5: Optional activities

Breakfast at the hotel.
Free day with optional leisure activities offered by the hotel.
Indicative: Island-hopping on the surrounding islands for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or even diving.
Overnight.

Day 6: Optional activities

Breakfast at the hotel.
Free day with optional leisure activities offered by the hotel.
Indicative: Sunset (dinner) Cruise – nothing more idyllic than a mini-cruise overlooking the sunset.
Overnight.

Day 7: Return from Maldives – Male

Breakfast at the hotel.
Free time for selected small pleasures provided by the island, before transfer to Male International Airport. The exact departure time is set the night before in consultation with the hotel and is set as much as possible at the most appropriate time based on the scheduled flight.
Optionally, weather permitting, a tour of the town of Male for a stroll through the main bazaar.
(by taxi-boat to / from Male airport).
Optional short stay at Hulhule Hotel, just 5 minutes from the airport.
(various packages are available with minimal services of luggage storage and transfers to / from the airport or even more enriched with additional use of Wi-Fi, swimming pool, locker rooms with shower or room)
Then, return flight (via stopover).
